Standard Fee: Element Partners offers candidates on a contingency basis with no obligations to pay unless you hire a referred candidate. The fee is 18% of the annualized compensation with a 180 day replacement guarantee.

Loyalty Client Rate: We offer a Loyalty Client Rate of 16.5% of the annualized compensation with a 180 day replacement guarantee for clients placing more than 3 automotive professionals in a calendar year. 

Sales Professionals only: For Sales Professionals only, the fee will be charged in 6 equal installments based off 18% of $80,000 per year. For commissioned sales people we base the annualized compensation on a median average for your market. We collect comprehensive pay plan data from our recruitment efforts.

Engagement Retainer: For our clients that need multiple placements and roles filled within their company, we offer an Engagement Retainer. A fee of $8000 is paid monthly and we work on continuous searches for your dealership with a minimum of a 90 day commitment. Hire as many professionals as you can staff. *Exact Pricing is dependent on the amount of dealerships within your group and number of searches needed. This is a great option for roles like Sales, Technicians, and Accounting Staff.
